Thanks for the suggestions. I did solve it however. I erased everything, and reinstalled from scratch (except for the players folder) rather than just reinstalling over the old installation. And that fixed it!

I've solved all the platinum puzzles, and gotten all the bonus points except for level 14. I have tried everything I can think of to get into the space where the coins are. I am sure the moving walkways figure in here, but I can't get to them. Also the wooden box, but it can't be moved or destroyed....
