I also recall now that dlcs18 ran into a similar issue when he was working on WA:TRC, and he also had to redo the dialog file starting from a backup copy (from one of the demos he released). So it sounds like there might really be a bug in the dialog Editor, and if people can keep the files that ca...

Wow, well done jdl! I didn't expect this much from 'just experiment'. In fact, you're already doing better than me.  Not that I use GM much though. The answer to all your problems: Learn how to program! GM might be great, but programming is better!  :P I would love to try out ...

Ummm... How is that obvious? There's no indicator anywhere in the guides or anything that 101 is the size limit. The only way to find out is extending it (well, trying to) beyond 101. Besides, it doesn't explain why the Dialog would randomly give off the same error. I hope you're not trying ...

You can't convert dialogues, and will never need to. (yet) Besides, in levels, they don't crash UNLESS they have been converted. 1. Of course you can convert dialog files 2. If a dialog crashes because it hasn't been converted, the editor MAVs. "Array Index out of Bounds"... weird. I got that error...

So, with the help of a debugger, you didn't look for it yourself, you got the game to 'tell you' where it was. You know assembly code? But the instruction "89 5C 24 04 E8 FC FF FF FF 89 04 24 C7 44 24 04 30 00 00 00", whatever it is, isn't assembly code, is it? If it is, then tell me, what doe...

I was just thinking now from seeing AJ's avatar... What if we could convert levels from WA into the WA Beta or vice versa? I'm not suggesting cbloopy should go and try making a converter for it right this minute or directly after finishing the MoFI converter, but it's still a pretty cool th...

To be clear, it's not like I'm working on this non-stop 24 hours a day, since I do have a life outside of Wonderland even if it doesn't seem like it. And some of the complications have little to do with the actual programming aspects (things like what models to substitute for, and figuring o...

I can't do number 6 because the Zip takes too long to upload to MediaFire. I don't want to have to make seprate Zips, so what should I do? The Zip is 30.1 MB. Well, you could zip the zip up even more by making a rar of the zip file. The best way to do it would be to split the download u...

It's totally worth it in my opinion - the recorder actually WORKS on Vista and XP, there's a lot of stuff to do with the editing (Way more than Movie Maker), and it doesn't crash as much (I dunno if this is exclusive to me, all Movie Maker does if I try editing a video is freeze). Another idea woul...

Oh, okay. Which settings are you looking for in that case? Actually, I'm not sure. :? Enumerator? I honestly have no idea what that means. Neither do I. Assuming that you're running on XP, even if I got that error, the solution for it might be different (I'm running on Vista, but I do...
