If you didn't have local save on then you'll need to find where they were saved on your computer. Then you can replace the profile folder on your laptop with the saved one and you should have all your save files back.

You can get rid of the rainbow bridges by popping them if they are in the way.

I don't know how many coins there are to collect in total, but each gold key is 25 so 7 of them will cost 175, then the tokens for the arcade cost 10 and if there are 12 of them that's another 120, so 295 altogether.
