Old MS "Collectable" Retail Games!

Post by jdl » Sat Nov 15, 2014 2:34 am

So after seeing this page on the MS website, I decided to do some digging around to see if the old retail versions of Patrick's games at the bottom of the page were still available somewhere online to buy, and I found all of them! All the games are in German though, and so is the version of the website I managed to find them on. So unless you speak German you might have a hard time trying to buy these!

Wonderland from Astragon
Stinky & Loof im Wunderland from Rondomedia
Frazzled from Astragon
Intensity XS from Astragon (there's 2 versions here, box and jewelcase)
Intensity XS Recharge from Hemming
Colonize from Nova Media Verlag
Bug Kolonie from Astragon (box and jewelcase again)

Interesting... I wonder if the game is the same as the original, but right now, I have zero intentions of buying any of these. Thanks for putting this together, though.

Nice finds, jdl! I thought it would be fun to put them all together. I organized them (and some other retail or quasi-retail versions) from my bookshelf into a single picture. See attached.

Stinky and loof im wunderland. I love that title. It should be the original title.
Don't come in contact with contaminants.

Wow, really cool picture Patrick! :D I always find this kind of stuff interesting.

I'm wondering what that CD on the bottom right of the picture is that says "Midnight Synergy" on it and some other text I can't read.

Stinky & Loof im Wunderland is most probably the German version of Wonderland, so unless you understand German, it'll most probably be useless to you.

Can you please read the first post before posting? Jdl posted a link to the page where you can order it (although I think Amazon DE only ships it in Germany). I'm pretty certain it is the same game except in German, which could explain why you can play the real version in German as well.

As for the other questions, I'm afraid I can't answer them.
