Site Rules Update 11/2016

Hi guys,

The site rules have been updated, to make the rules consistent across the board following the expansion of moderators' areas of duty last year.

There are no changes to the rules themselves, but we've reworded a few rules to make them more concise, incorporated custom avatar/signature rule changes that was implemented a few years ago, added a tl;dr for the impatient, and removed guides to download custom levels to not duplicate the efforts in the Custom Levels/Adventures section (also, they're slightly outdated).

The new rules will come into effect on all forums immediately. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask in this thread.
