New Level (Custom) - PQ2.28 The Governor Goes Home

Post by Liz Mayhew » Sat Nov 07, 2015 4:32 pm

578LIZM - PQ2.28 The Governor Goes Home

Time for Qookie's Dad to take over as Governor again so that Qookie and Loof can carry on with their adventure.

Can you make the journey plain sailing?

Using my Ship texture used many times before.

EDIT: I've put a revised version of the level. In the first version I stupidly removed one wall in the Editor to make it easier for me, little realising that it would make a much bigger loophole.

What an enchanted evening I had with this! :D
Full of diverse ideas and Catch-22's. 8)
But in the end I got our Governor home.

Thank you Liz, for another challenging and fun outing! :)

Nice and not anywhere as difficult as Jutomi's latest.

Thanks Liz!

Hi All

I've messed up yet again with this level.
Whilst editing the first version I removed a wall in the kaboom room because I was having difficulty with timing.

This made it possible to complete the level without using 2 prisms.

Now that I've spent so long with timing on Mark's latest level, I realise that it's possible.

The intended version is posted at the top.

Sorry folks!

Liz, I have to say you stumped me on the new version.

I knew what had to be done, but missed one important move with a certain keg.

Thank you for this wonderfully clever puzzle! 8)

I played both versions the same way, using the prisms and I can't see where a timing issue comes into play. :?

Oh well, it was a fun one to work out, big thanks! :D

Bob - the timing problem for me was that I always managed to kill the kaboom in the green gate, so I gave him more space, without realising that you could then just push the box to release him

Oh the joys of growing old!

Anyway, here's how I did it:
