Level Archive and Level Suggestions

Post by Midnight Synergy » Tue Aug 21, 2018 5:22 pm

The new RTW Level Archive is available on the new Midnight Synergy Games Collection Ultimate Edition, as well as available for download here: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=27706

The archive is massive, with literally thousands of levels to choose from. This can be completely overwhelming for a new player, or someone who is returning to Wonderland after a long absence.

To help, this thread is a list of suggestions from other users. I will start this off by listing archive locations of levels featured in the Midnight Post Community spotlights. If you haven't tried these before, there are lots of hours of fun to be had here.

Issue 002 - Small World II Competition Levels
Organized by mette in 2005, this is a set of twenty levels set in 14x14 worlds. If you're looking for compact classic puzzle levels, this is a great start.

Now it is your turn... give the world another level recommendation from the archive.

A few rules (they are not hard and fast, but I'd like people to try to stick with them).

1. Recommend a maximum of five levels.
2. Don't pick your own levels.
3. Limit other discussion, please. No long back and forth and comments on others' recommendations. This should be primarily a list of level selections, especially for users re-visiting Wonderland after a long absence.
4. Keep it brief. Give the level's name and author, a link to the forum post, and the location in the level archive. A short description (and rating of difficulty?) would be great!

Example:
BruceB - In the Halls of the KaboomKing
A very early classic puzzle level by BruceB, who turned out to just be a pseudonym for Midnight Synergy, created to help get some early levels onto the board waaaay back in 2004. :)
