This Place is Haunted! (Help!)
This Place is Haunted! (Help!)
I've been mulling over the beginning of this puzzle for weeks now, and it makes no sense to me. I can get the purple gate open by rolling the boulder down, but the one way I managed to open the blue gate left me trapped behind the purple! I know it has to make sense somehow, but I just don't see it...
On a side note - is there anyway to kill/get rid of a ghost?

That's correct , (time it right so that the Chomper is on the pink (purple?) button), then go down the left and round the back of the boulder on the button and collect the coins. Then go back and do the blue. Of course, you have to do all this while avoiding the ghost.Tinker wrote:I can get the purple gate open by rolling the boulder down
As for ghosts; you can kill them using a plasma block, (there are none in this level ). You can avoid them, it's not easy though. Oh, and they can't cross water or lava.
Hope this helps, good luck.

And thanks for the other tip - I'd managed to accidentally kill a ghost in a different level, and was trying to figure out how I'd done it.
How? The only way I can think of involves the boulder currently on the purple button, so I end up with the blue gate open, but trapped behind the purple! Then go back and do the blue.

They will also get killed if they move next to a powder keg like any other monster in Wonderland willBearsland wrote: As for ghosts; you can kill them using a plasma block...

I'm feeling very, very sheepish right now. I would have sworn that the ice kept me from pushing the other boulder sideways, but I just tried it again because I felt like banging my head against the wall, and it worked! I dunno what I was thinking earlier...
Thanks for taking time to try and help me, though, both of you!
