MOFI - Into the deep dark cave

I'm stuck in the last room. The ice part. Can't get the green crab to press the red, yellow then red button.

EDIT:Ok nevermind I figured it out. Now how do I get out? I can't reach that transporter.

Get out of the middle room? if you can't reach the transporter, then my guess is you've done that room wrong on your way through. Remember all those red crabs? They had a purpose...

When you enter the first time, you have to scare the red crabs up while dodging that chomper. Three go up to the transporter, one goes down to allow access to the scritter.

2nd room with the 4 crabs, the chomper and the scritter:
can someone give a hint whw has to activate the onragen bottom.
I've tried it with the chomper and a crab but without succes.
I am on the wrong way??? Please help. I've already spent hours and cannot find a solution.

I think the scritter needs to go on the orange button. I haven't done it yet but that seems the most obvious.

The scritter is going on the orange button. Use the chomp as a stopper so the scritter doesn't go any further up.

I struggled when I came across this level, have I been dim or something. I managed to get 3 keys but I can't find the 4th.

I am missing the one to lift the first pad, I have the one from the ice and the one from behind the door at the bottom Where is the other key?

Even with the hint above i still have not found the solution yet for the 2nd room:

i can step on one barral to get the scritter moving towards the orange
buttom, stoping the scritter with the chomp, but what is then next?
I assume i have then to go throug the orange gate? But without the barrel i was standing on before i cannot proceed. Do i need the help of a crab,
i.e. to replace the barrel or to activate the yellow bottom???

Any further hint?

Just found the solution for myself. Speed is all... Now I'm in the next room.

Position keys:

3 keys are in the 3rd room with the spikeys:
- upper righthand side in front of the orange gate
- bottom / middle behind the red / green gate
- bottom righthand side behind the red / yellow gate (ice area)
1 key is hidden in the 2nd room near the button where the chomper starts

behind red/green gate:

use grow power to let stay green crab on green button. Stay on green gate and quickly go one step toward the red gate when grow power collaps, hopefully the fire is in same moment down. green grab automatically then opens the red gate. It took me a while to find this out. timing is all.

red/yellow gate:

use grow power to let the green grab stay on yellow button. Then use bumper on the bottom lefthand side to fly to the yellow gate. Put enough grows to the right positions that you do not fall into water in the ice area. Take key and go through yellow gate. If you have passed yellow gate you don't need to hurry up as green grab automatically opens the red gate again

No, 3 crabs but go to the transporter and 1 crab is needed so I can step on the barrels.
My scritter is not going straight to the button but to the barrels.

There is one key within 2 fires. But how do I return? The chomper is on the button but he stays there.

Erwin, please read 2nd post above:

you need to get three crabs in the water to the red transporter
the forth crab gives acces to the scritter
chomper has to stop scritter, scritter to activate orange button
chomper must survife to be able to get acces to a key
This is the sequence for the second room

Please help me: I have all the keys, have unlocked 3 off the gates, but I am simply not fast enough at the 4. gate - the one where you have to stand on the flames to unlock gate. Any hint is most welcome

(I am playing on at laptop without a mouse - I use arrows and touchpad.)

I got scritter just before orange button, so aside
chomper is standing on back of scritter
when I go on barrels the scritter jumps on button
when flame started is time to go
but my chomper is killed in action!!!

Do I need to close the yellow gate????
The yellow gate is closed, so I'll have to do entire process again when it must be open. But I don't think is must be left open, cos then chomper comes after me and gets burned by flame.

No she's talking about the gate where you have to time your GROWS and the flame. Green/red gate. very tricky timing.

Sorry for not explaining correct. I have solved it all, and are headed back via the crabs (they make a bridge back to the room where you have to use the 4 brown keys) It is in this room I am stuck.

if you mean the Green/red gate:

- first think to do is to get the grow power collapsing just when the fire
is some "milliseconds" out. This is already tricky enough. Have you already manged this? If so then save your the game....
- the second chalenge is then to leave the green button same time when grow power collapsed.

No, I have not found another solution. It is just one of the situations in which you need a very very fast reaction and coordination. Try and error and please don't throw your mouse away....

It took me also a lot of tries ....

Some remarks:

- gates must be opend in a special sequence...
- i had put the 4 keys to the upper righthand side in the item bag to reduce neccesary mouse movement.
- open gate with the key and go quickly one step back. I did not manage for myselt to open the gate and step onto button in one go. I was always not fast enough.
- i used keybord for the movements on the ground and the mouse to klick
to the gate and to the item bag/key

In this way i had manged to open the gates.

No, it´s the gates that will lead me further - to the next red arrow, and hopefully another level.

The first room is with the 2 scritters you have to place on orange and red button.

Then, before you come to the room with the chomper, you go thru a room with 4 brown gates - the same gates we collect keys for in chomper room and in spikey room.

I have collected all 4 keys, I have solved both the chomper part and the spikey part. I just need to use those brown keys now. I can open 3 gates and activate the bridgebuttons except, for the one where you have to stand on the flame in order to open the gate. I keep getting burned, cos i am not quick enough. Please say you understand me now - I am desperate.

(and yes, my spelling stinks.....I know

)

You need to be very fast with either keybord and mouse as i described in the hint or with the mouse only (as mentioned from Salin).
Fast clicking is required here anyway.
