Castle Walls - MOFI

Trying this one!

I took the bumper and got the blink power
I rescued the 3 boomers and put them on the red, orange, yellow buttons but the got iced of course by the ice flowers.
I discovered more gates, but I can't find a button near it.
Maybe those 3 timer buttons might do the trick.
But I'll guess I don't make it in time to there. I can't see they got open with the spy-eye.

Or am I doing this all wrong?

I've just been and had a look at this one. Looks too difficult for this time of night. I think I'll save that one for another day. :shock:

I up to about the same as you with this one, Erwin. I would suspect something to do with the Blink, but I'm giving up on it for now. :?

Well, I found my way around, and are only missing the last 6 gems behind those white/blue and red gate. And now I'm stuck, there's no way to reach those gates in time, or :?: :shock:

Yep I'm stuck in the same place. I thought I was being clever using the boomers to stand on the timer buttons forgetting that as soon as they get shot the level ends. :roll: I even tried getting them to walk over them instead but there isn't time to get even to the end of the first long walk before they close. I think I might have given up my blink glove too early, although as I remember I didn't have any blinks left. Shame. :(

What I did:

MAJOR SPOILER WARNING!!!!
I closed the S green gate, and stood with the boomers outside of the wall ( to the right of it)
Hope you can figure out the rest, if not, yell :lol:

How did you get those 3 buttons pushed? Without getting caught by the ice flowers?

It's not mysterious at all, it was an answere to Popo.

As for your problem:
Get each scritters iced in front of the bridge that leads to the buttons. Use BLINK and bridge.

I'm standing outside the green gate with the boomers
but how do I get to the white gate? While the white timer is ticking?
I can't get there in time!
Why do I need the boomers?
I have them freed from the ice and killed the ice flowers just in case.
Why is that S green gate so important? to move quicker to the other side?

oh! I stand somewhere within the walls where I still can direct a boomer to a timer and get it off the timer so it isn't killed. Then I'm in time before a gate is closed. Is that it?

You open the north green gate so the boomers have further to walk.
Stand outside on the yellow gate with the boomers as far to your south as you can so they can't move till you do. Direct them to the squares at the ends of the timers so they don't get squished. Then set off for the gates. You might have to experiment as to which boomer goes on which button. I found directing the topmost one to the white button, the next one to the blue button and the bottom one to the pink worked best.
I completed with milliseconds left before the gates closed.

PS. Don't forget to pick up the gems at the south of the timers. I did and had to start again. :roll:

I'd got it all wrong!! I understood Salin's MAJOR SPOILER wrong
my boomers were already before the timers
but I need them with me just after the red, yellow, orange gates.
Then direct them each to a timer!!!
then they need to go a bit more and I have the time to be a bit closer to the gems and coins!!
and the south gate is closed, so the boomers need to go around longer!!
When I arrive at the white gate, it's just opened!!

Stand in the boomers way when you direct them? You're all gonna stay outside the wall. The upper gate must be open, so the boomers uses as much time as possible to get there. Giving you time to reach gates.

My bridges collapsed after I put the boomers on the colored diamonds. How do I get them back?

I put boomers on diamonds, flowers froze them, the bridge's collapsed. I went to orange pow, blew up barrels. Then I blew up flowers, and unfroze boomers. Now I can't get the boomers off to direct them to the timers.

I must be missing something, I tried it your way, now I only have 3 blinks left. That's not enough to blink back and forth, and I can't use the bridges cause the boomers are frozen in the way.
