Man my custom model texture wont work!

I put them in WAEditorv096/Custom but it said in the player it said "Chuold'nt load CustomTexture : Texture/Swamp.bmp" I was trying to get the water fall to show the acid water fall but it said that HELP ME!

Heres the two textures i had problems with...
