In the official game after reading a dialog box a stinker would move somewhere different. Is it possible to do it in the editor :?:

Here how need do it:

FNC: 1
Data: (load the interchange number after you talk to the stinker again)
CMD: 61
Dat1: (the Stinker's ID)
Dat2: X
Dat3: Y
