Hey guys! Back at WM's TFW Pentalogy page, he was curious on how to get a custom texture for hats. Well, I just created one! And here it is!

Alright, just to confirm this with Welcome00 now, should I use the rainbow hat wop here or the green top hat?

I looked over the texture and It's exactly the same texture as mine. Did you extracted it from my TWC demo 1? Then you should say that is not made by you. Anybody can use it for free, but next time you may do that with a copyrighted texture and that's not good.
Also if you want I can give you the original wop that doesn't use a custom model, just a custom texture.
