To export/edit a wop from a wlv
1.open a wlv file containing an object which you dont have with a hex editor.eg.bridge easy fix in a wlv.
2.scroll to the bottom or find 'Bridge easy fix' word.
3.copy from ....!CustomItem till you find the last parameter.eg. ....!CustomItem to ....Zadjust.
4.Open a wop file
5.select all then replace with you have copied.
6.Save
7.open editor

You could find the item in the objects.
This also works to change an object's model with a custom model.
