I think you're good copyright-wise, but you probably need to make your own sprites, even if they're look-alikes, but you can't modify the default textures and call it your own.

I made a new minecraft tool.
Custom World Insaller
It's a very simple application with a very simple use. It install custom worlds in your Minecraft. I know that is not a hard thing, but actually some peoples can't do it. I hope I will post more tools in the future, but that's all for now.
Visit the download page
IT was posted on my newest minecraft site. The site is ready for use; I will add more stuffs to the site.
Edit: Antonio9227 is my minecraft user.

what path does it install them to? I'm just wondering because I sometimes use different paths, like C:\users\tdtwix\appdata\roaming\.minecraft 173 bc ic\worlds and it wouldn't install it correctly.
(well, I don't anymore, but I used to have a client that you could choose to launch minecraft from different locations)

The aplication will detect where is your .minecraft folder.
It's work perfectly on Windows XP, I not tested it on Windows 7,yet.
But it should work.

I wouldn't worry about it, they will likely never know that that game exists and will probably not care.boywhoflies wrote:Uh oh. What if I made my own sprites that looked similar to them? If not, I also made a Creeper smilie so I guess I'll need to remove that too.
There's loads of games that take minecrafts graphics and even though Mojang probably knows, they haven't done anything.

I learned how to spawn Ender crystals and XP orbs using the new spawner eggs. A spawner egg is simply an item that will spawn an entity of choice, chosen by a variable we know as the damage value. In SMP, you can spawn items with the use of the damage value argument, allowing you to choose a spawner egg of choice to spawn anything you want, as long as its an entity. The number to put in is the Network Id (string) which for my Ender Crystals was 200, and XP orbs 2. If done right the egg will have spawn (entity name here)

I found a NPC village in the water, a duengon on the surface, and glowstone naturaly on the ground(twice) in one map, which are all rare to my understanding.
(I can prove the first 2 if you want, but with the third I already mined the glowstone so nope)
Anyway, why I'm realy posting, I'm trying to install the airship mod, but can't get it right, even after using a mod video toutorial. This is embarrassing, but can someone try to tell me what I'm doing wrong or send me a minecraft.jar with the airship mod in it?

EDIT BY QLOOF: Removed links and double-post - Some people distribute files regardless of legality, the minecraft.jar is an example. Some file sites have it, but it's still illegal.

I forgot to get Modloader in there, though. I just put it in like a normal mod, I forgot I needed to do that. I may not need help with it after all.

Dovahkiin
. If it is, you should see a village right away when you turn left IIRC. The duengon is in the desert(but it's covered in sand. You will see the cobblestone on the surface, just dig the sand. It's a Zombie spawner. To find the water-village, make a map in the first village and look around the top of it. For the glowstone, I found one thing in a Nether Fortress and the other in a cave near my portal. I built the portal near the village. IDK how to get to either because I realy just follow trails of planks, glowstone, torches, stairs, and netherack to find places I've already been to.

I love the MAtmos mod. It uses a knowledge base to check the enviroment surrounding you and plays sound effects to match it. It also comes with an optional interaction extension that plays sounds when you, well, interact with things! Like choosing a sword and holding it, it will make a shhing! sound!
