Well, in the USA at least,
it's a joyous day in celebration of a great nonviolent freedom hero. :mrgreen:
Have a wonderful day to help us remember freedom and balances
that shall hopefully be with us for well beyond millenia of our lifespans. :)

I also listened to the I Have a Dream speech. ;)

Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day for 2015! :D

alas, i fear that most will seize this as a day "off" from school/work and don't even think about why it is
it really annoyed me when i saw people using their phones and talking during the school assembly. some idiots don't realize that if it weren't for him, they probably wouldn't be able to be in the school they are in and be friends with the people they talk so incessantly with :evil:

Did you know Martin Luther King Jr Day has the last Monday before my birthday? (It's coming up next Sunday. I'll post about it when the time comes)
