Question for JanetGalle re Zip Files

Finally got the hang of downloading zip files, but I have a question regarding Cat's zip files in the level "Wonderpets". Most of the time when downloading zip files they are all together in a file. In Cat's level, the files are all individual & not put into one file. When I try to download they all show up as separate 3d models -- four or five of them. Do I have to make a folder to place them in within the CustomModels folder? Have tried everything but just can't get the models to show up when playing the level. Can you help me

Well said Tasha !! - I'm having a problem with the same level, I get a pop-up saying a file of that name already exists and do I want to replace it ? - I can't view any models or houses in the level.

Hi girls,

Cat has changed the file name, you may want to re-download.

I usually delete the part after 'CustomModels/' didn't this time and it worked fine.

Still doesn't work for me -- think it has something to do with the fact that they are all individual 3d images & not placed within a file. Tried making a file & placing the models inside the file when extracting, but "no dice". Notice by the postings that some have been able to see the pets, perhaps they can shed some light. Think I'm wearing my "DUNCE" cap again

What is the name of the file Tasha?

The first one was WONDERPETRS and should have read WONDERPETS, just a typo btw.

OK first of all delete the level and the 2 zips.
What happened is that she forgot to put the models and houses into folders. You can make a folder for each. Make sure it has the same name as its own zip. Then she had had different names in the editor than what the zips were called.
So if you redownload now, put the unzipped files into appropriately named folders, it should work. We did the PM thing and she changed the name of the zips to match the names in the editor.
