1)Press the PrtSc button on your keyboard.Beside Scroll lock.
2)It is now in the buffer. Use paint to paste the picture.(Ctrl + V)
3)Save it.(Ctrl + S)

There is a method by which you could get them all in one go, but it could be time consuming. Download all the Custom levels at once from Mette's website, then go into the Zip files you have downloaded and just extract all the files with a .lev extension.
