New Level -- Simple 24

Long time no see! I thought I might never post another level, but on Halloween I created a neat enough Muzozavr level, and now... this little Shadow madness. Unless I'm mistaken, this bug has never been used before, and maybe it will never be used again. Figuring out layouts where it works is very h...

New Level -- Simple 023

The "Shadow" of "Muzozavr" strikes again, with another weird bug that had been discovered ages ago by the recently returned TheoX. I don't think anyone has ever really taken advantage of this bug in a level before... aside, of course, from TheoX himself... but just to make sure that TheoX won't solv...

New Level -- Simple 022

This one is both a glitch and a puzzle. Nothing too extraordinary, but definitely a good headscratcher.

This one doesn't really follow the "simple 0xx" style, but the series that inspired it (for another game) did have a few similar out-of-style levels, so... yeah.

Enjoy!

New Level -- Simple 021

While feeling a bit sick (and therefore out of new ideas) I decided to polish up a very old idea of mine that's been sitting on my HDD for quite a while.

After some (read: a lot of) changes here and there, here's the result: Simple 021.

Enjoy!

New Level -- Evil Magic

I really, really wanted to use this idea in "Simple 021", but I couldn't figure out a way to do the misdirection. So instead I HEXed the hell out of it  but then it didn't belong in the "Simple" series anymore. So, I had to rename it to something. "Evil Magic" was the result.

Good luck. :P

New Level -- Simple 020

The misdirection in this level isn't exactly the best, and the trick itself is pretty old... think of this as a little test: do you still remember? It is one of my past levels (I'm not saying which) remade to be more stylish and slightly more complex.

Have fun.

New Level -- Simple 019

Dizzy1 has recently stumbled upon a trick that's so weird, and so awesome, that I had to use it in a "Simple" level, even though it's so obscure and strict on timing... Very strict on timing. If you can pull it off, you can finish this level in just four seconds... the only question is HOW IN THE?!...

You just can't go away from Wonderland, can you?! Beware: there's a reason this level is posted under my "Shadow" account. It was specifically designed to look and feel like a fair "Muzozavr" puzzle, but to complete it, you will need glitches. It also requires several quick moves. Have ...

Yes, I continue a Muzozavr series as Shadow, because it fits Shadow better! No transporters in this one though. And oh, no invisible boxes either.

Two characters.
Two teleporters.
Two boulders.
Two boxes.

One obstacle.

How many ways you can use that wrong?!

You need to put one of the reflecotrs at the top so that the fire shoots to the bottom reflectors, then QUICKLY push the top reflector aside so that the fire continues to reflect. I'm sorry I can't vie you a detailed hint as I didn't play this for a very long time.

I absolutely agree, Darshan. At first such things look like a fun creepy little story, but as soon as it gets to other players, it goes out of hand very fast and turns into crazy gibberish with not even comic value. I wanted to play a STORY not a bad comic book! BTW: If that offends anyone, I ...

No problem, Amnon, it was just a novelty version of it by a request of dlcs. It was never intended to be in 3D anyway, and it's almost impossible to play it without first solving the normal one.

Cat Mario -- hilarious game!

A hilariously unfair Japanese spin-off of Mario. It's called Syobon Action or Cat Mario. There are four levels, but just TRY to beat them all. And no, the chicken doesn't count as a proper ending. (you'll understand when you get there) The more you know about Super Mario Bros 1, the harder you'll su...

Theseus And The Minotaur (puzzle game)

Theseus and The Minotaur is a puzzle game, with rules devised by Robert Abbott, and it has 87 levels. You play as Theseus. Your objective is to get out of the maze. The problem is, you're not alone! The Minotaur is there also, and will quickly kill you if you approach the maze with too much haste. ...

I think that some may add misdirection as a tool to their level-building arsenal, which will lead to even more levels! :D

Misdirection guide

Even though I've hit a creative block for fair puzzle levels, and what's more importantly, have very little free time for them, I still haven't lost some of my misdirection skills and I wanted to write a guide. First of all, realise that misdirection alone cannot build a level. You need an idea, you...

Re: My Turn, new rules

My remarks are in bold. This is the first time I have ever started a post in this forum but I've had it up to here! 1. Simply because a level is new to you , that does not make it new to everyone else. I keep opening up the new levels page and there's stuff that Muzo did two years ago listed as New ...
