How do you download the adventure maker and MOFI objects?

Where do I download this to?

On WA level editor, some levels have Pow magic in them, how do you get pow magic in editor levels?

I can complete meet the mayor save the mayor, but when I do, the program just closes! I've tried doing it first, I've tried doing it last, but It always closes, even when I use the cheat!
