I need instructions on how to download user games

my return to wonderland stopped working, can't open it,do i have to delete and redownload, i'm stuck, please help and thanks

:( i use the windows xp unzip program, but majority of the times, the textures, models, backgrounds are recognized. what am i doing wrong. after i download above, i unzip and then i delete the zip, the things download, but won't play or open. thanks for any help that you can give me because this is ...
