Duh!!! I've just realised where it is - ever felt stoopid???

Help please - I can't find the Ice glyph. I'm on my second time through MOFI as I missed some levels first time and I can't remember how I came across the glyph first time around. Do you find it in a level or does someone give it to you?

That's why I queried it - I've been looking around for ages in the first jungle area - straight after solving flip flop.
I know its jungle temple but I can't remember where I found the jungle temple. Don't want to miss any more stars second time around!

After getting stuck with only 98 stars (I couldn't find the levels I'd missed!) I've now gone back to the beginning but damned if I can find the red crab nesting area. I know I've been there before first time around but would welcome a screenshot to show where it is please.

I have got to Acid lake and I think I need the spy eye to get an overview of the level but when I get back to the shop on the beach he hasn't got a spy-eye for sale - HELP!
