Thoroughly enjoyed MOFI.

Delighted to have made it to the end with all the stars. :D Particularly liked Retro World and the bonus levels.
Happy I can now go back and get the rest of the gems and coins. Well, start all over again with a new profile, anyways! :)

Well, mapping that lot was a mammoth task, to say the least!!! But all four done now ... and exploring elsewhere, so all worth it!!

I think it's an any which way you can level! I used grows instead of Floing (I still don't get them, not really), but a similar solution for the scritters, albeit they were in slightly different places.

Now exploring with my new keys ... OMG!

And thank you from here too Loirae. That was unfeasibly difficult! It's taken me literally days, and all the instructions to get through it. Finally my last blue key! Now off for star #100 ...

There is an easier way, if you are smooth with your actions (so to speak!)

HUGE Hint:

Get rid of all but the bottom island as you're clearing the wall gems. Then start bottom left, and go clockwise around, in and out to collect the tokens, and then up the island at the bottom.

Oh, popo, thank you! I was so close, just didn't get the barrels by the turtle enclosure quite right!

98 stars and counting ... unfortunately it's now back to the Lost Ice Fortress for me.

Urghle. I can see where the turtles are meant to go, and can get them going over the right way, but not down at the right point. Aaaargh! And now it's going to have to wait until after work tomorrow .... Gah!

Oooh. Doesn't sound like how I did it ... I think more laterally (literally?) than that!

Hint:

1. See where you can put grows before you come over the green button and then recharge - a common theme in MOFI! It's quite tight to find the spots, but it should give you plenty of grows to play with after you've finished the first half of the ...

I up to about the same as you with this one, Erwin. I would suspect something to do with the Blink, but I'm giving up on it for now.

Your approach (assuming I've interpreted it correctly) does work, and I actually got through this level considerably quicker than many of the others, I just put it off longer as I find transporters a nightmare!

A hint (my first in quotes - apologies if it doesn't work the way it is ...

It is called Hot and Cold when you go into it, but saves as Fire and Ice. Cravasse Chase (Crevice Chase) is similar, but more instantly recognisable.

Just finished it without the coins, but will revisit at a later date to work that bit out. Lots of patience, lots of saves, and lots of working out ...

Oh. My. Word. With a couple of the earlier hints, that has taken me all afternoon. Step, save, step, save, step, save ... but having finished, the end was quite fun!

I'd agree that it shouldn't be so easy you can fly through - and as a result of the (ahem) trickiness of some of the leves, I am also experiencing, for the first time, the community spirit that is apparent amongst a hardcore of the ...

Nice one Salin. I'd worked out the 7 moves on the transporters (flash of inspiration on my journey to dreamland last night - how sad is that?!) but would have been tearing my hair out without your little hint!
