Yessir, I think it might be considered a red herring but it actually narrows down the chances for alt solutions, so you did the right thing!

That was a fun adventure, it gave me a lot of Talos Principle vibes as I was playing through. Of course I cannot be satisfied without getting GOLD, so I had to collect all the tok- *Ahem* gems.

Wow, this level is great! I really loved the way you implemented this interesting and obscure element into a puzzle.

Thank you for making this, I highly recommend others to try this one out, and it's quite simple to solve too!

Tip: For convenience, save the textures, music, and the adventure all in one compressed file so that players can easily download the file and drag and drop where things need to go.

I finally completed your hub (attempted twice) with all the bonuses and coins collected, that means the fire keys and the ending as well!

Here's my review:


1- The campsite: very simple design, but beautiful trick to set off the indigo star ...

Stellar scenery and fun use of the multilayering feature. Unfortunately, I didn't use almost any of the elements and just blinked around the level, I ended up getting GOLD at the end, last bonuses were the coin bottom-left and the nearby gem. :P

I believe the issue with having a really big puzzle ...

This one is relatively simple, should take 15 minutes as long as you figure out what goes where. I've used two tricks here, if you recognize them early you'll get the level done in one go. 8)

EDIT: I decided to attempt and speedrun it, got it solved in 55 ...

My tier list.
Don't Leave Me Behind would be A-tier if not for the unfair bonus that doesn't telegraph itself well, forcing you to very likely restart the entire level. Trying to get Gold was simply frustrating.
