Can anyone please help me, when ever i load wonderland or return to wonderland my pc freezes and then i have to restart is there a patch or anything that will solve my problem???

Can anyone tell me how to open the zip files for some levels the custom one that say download to custom house folders etc and get them to open up the game im stuck some of the levels sound real cool but i dont know how to do it. Thanx for helping me on this one.
