Ok guys I have gone through and finished the whole game and the arcade never opened .Any help out there.Am I missing something? :?:

There is a level that you have to beat to open the arcade. It requires you getting a passage. It's in someone's house. Talk to all of the stinkers within 5 screens of the pirate guy in southern wondertown (the one who wanted to go to fire island). One should have you retrieve a package. Then head over to the arcade.
