"New Level Record" ???

Post by Lillian » Fri Oct 08, 2004 8:30 pm

I might be being a thicky brain here - but when you complete a custom level, and it flashes "NEW LEVEL RECORD"!!! What does that exactly mean? New level record on your own PC or in the whole Wonderland World?

Thanks.

Hi Lillian,

It is on your own PC.

Also the game keeps a seperate record score for each player that you have created.

Hi there,
When you play a level, say, with the timer off....you may get a score of 250. Then...play the same level with the timer on, you will get a higher score because points are added for how quickly you finish. Or say you play a level and don't bother to collect bonus coins or destroy the baddies.....if you play it again and collect some or all bonus coins and kill some or all the baddies you will get a higher score.....hence, "New Record Level" :D It is really just a tool to use to play against yourself when you replay a level.

jg
(Most of the time I'm lucky to just finish a level  )
