How do you?
I heard theres one in game...
But how do i get to it?

It's impossible I guess.

You won't be able to edit the levels from WSW because the levels are encrypted in the .dat files which may be impossible to decrypt. I THINK.

And then the levels are in .LV5 format that you can edit using the RTW level editor.
