Can anyone shed any light on this ?
It has never happened before and has happened TWICE today !
If you imagine the 14x14 basic grid, about 3 or 4 squares down on the far left hand column - the square just locks itself
You can't walk through it, you can't roll anything through it .. it's behaving like the X symbol (but it definitely isn't)
Neither level is big, one is just 14x14 and they're not particularly busy with lots of objects. The only thing I've done which I perhaps wouldn;t normally is use the whole grid as floor space - i.e. without a wall round the edge ... maybe that's it

I don't know ...
Any thoughts folks ?

That's a bug, happened to me too.
Try to only use walls in all borders of your levels and that won't happen again.

Thanks Kaboom! - you're a star ....
I've put a wall round it and it works now.

There is some thing about that left side.
Thats where most "invisible" boxes are found.
I've never run into a "locked" square tho.

I've tried having a square that could be walked on once and only once. After that it acted like X-floor (and no...it wasn't a 1-step bridge).

I just wanted to add that, generally, when this happens on the left side, it's true that if you put walls up, it fixes the problem. However, I had this happen in a level I was working on about a month ago, and putting up walls didn't even help!
And Mette, the same thing has happened to me - you can step on one of those tiles ONCE, then you're "forbidden" from walking there again!
My best solution for both of these problems was to add on a couple more layers of walls on the left side.

I usually only make levels in the 14X14. I get really strange things to happen...

I had another weird experience today. I wanted a square to be lava with a metal box allready in it, like you can do with water. So I made a square of lava and placed a metal box on it. When I played the level the box just stood there on top of the lava!

It was impossible to move and it blatantly refused to disappear into the lava as I had intended. Is this normal (eg did it happen because it's not possible to do what I intended) or is this very weird?

I've tried to do that and it wouldn't work for me either, but I'm sure someone has done it before, TheoX I think. He made a level which had lava squares and not enough boxes to fill them, but when I pushed a box in it showed on the surface like there was one in there already.
His lava squares were next to walls so there could have been hidden conveyors which pushed the first box into the lava when the game started. Would it be possible for you to do this in your level?

That effect will happen when you put any object in the lava I think, no matter if it would be destroyed or sinked in a normal situation.
But there was a way to avoid that, and I remember it only worked with some specific backgroud and level theme I think.
I could check it out but I can't right now.
Wonderland is a strange place don't you all think??
