Memory Access Violation

Post by DARIUSH2001 » Tue Dec 25, 2012 11:50 am

My uncle bought to me a laptop Packard Bell from Spain. I have an extern hard disk (2 TB) with WA 1. When I click play it says to me memory acces violaton. Can someone help me? (I think dxdiag is needed). I will send in PM or post here.

I guess re-downloading it is the best option for you. I'm not an expert with computer errors. Unless you've brought the exe alone with out the folders GameData, Data, etc.

The most likely reason for "memory access violation" is not having enough memory. You may have the amount of physical memory on your laptop, but if it is shared between two many programs, there may not be enough.

So try closing as many applications you are not using. Also cut down on the default tasks. Sometimes also old programs fail to release all the memory they used, so you may also want to reboot after reducing the default-task list. If you never shut down and restart completely, Hibernation will not release that memory.

I have 4 GB DDR3 Memory and IntelCore i3.
The only relevant number is "4 GB". The rest only tell how fast it is.

The question is what else runs on your computer, whether everything fits nicely in your 4GB.

OK!! I tried to re-install again and works! :D
But I have the same problem at MOFI and I haven`t the full version installer. I deleted it. At BTM orders say password expired. What can I do now to re-install WA:MOFI full???? :(

I don't know if we bought from the same company, I was just making an example. Search for the email you bought it from and send a message from there maybe?
