I don't know, but you should search for Jutomi's Music Pack thingy adventure. There you can play any music and see what tempo best fits.

Or you could load the wlv of What The Blink? in the editor.

Just use the player's Midnight Vault and experiment with Command 12, so you don't have to go back and forth between the editor and the player
