Wonderland Adventures Alpha Editor

I'm currently remaking the alpha WA1 editor. :stinkyhappy:
This was based on the WA Editor v80 source I added new code to support the alpha version of the level format.

it was the tile logic not getting saved bug I fixed in the editor.
so it thinks everything is a floor tile lol :stinkylol:
