Two questions:
1) Is there any difference between finishing the game with all gold levels vs. some gold and some green? Or is it just a personal accomplishment thing? I mean, if you get all gold levels, is there a speacial feature at the end of the game?
2) Is there any speed difference in the characters? Sometimes it seems that Loof moves faster than the others, but maybe it only looks that way because he's so little.

There is a difference if you get all gold yes.
There are different endings for if you complete only some of the levels, all the levels but some are green, and all gold levels. BUT you have to complete Stinkers Rescue to get there (or use the cheat code), so you can't miss that level.
I personally don't think I will EVER see the all gold ending!!
No, I don't think Loof moves any faster than the others, they all move about the same speed as a rolling boulder.
