Question Rainbow theme

Im noticing somting. In some levels that ive played(Including last level of the deluxe levels) is that rainbow theme. There is no option for it. How do
get it?

I found one clue for it and all I needed. Did'nt even need to look at the
posts. I also found another although i dont no if it even is 1 or not something to do with fps or somtin?
