help need rainbow texture

i cant figer out how to make the floors and walls rainbow please help

You need to find the Super Secrets in return to Wonderland Deluxe.

I when to level ---- i found clue 2/3 then i knew exactly what to do now i have rainbow texter i coludnt done it with out you thanks!
