It's actually not a bad effect but you just went overboard and my headphones are simple earbuds (for now) and that actually amplifies the annoying elements of this effect, so... yeah. Maybe it's not that bad, but... yeah.

The entire script. I worked on it a lot today and yesterday. Some things are different from LittleZbot's plot, but I tried to keep it pretty much the same.
*opening credits*
*as the animation opens Stinky walks up over a hill*
[LOOF]
Stinky!
*runs up and hugs Stinky*
I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU SURVIVED!
*as Loof and Stinky continue to hug each other, Qookie and Peegue walk up*
*Stinky and Loof don't notice*
[PEEGUE]
Loof, you've been hugging Stinky FOR THREE HOURS. I want to hug Stinky too!
[LOOF]
Fine.
*Peegue and Stinky hug*
[STINKY]
Well, I don't know about you guys, but I'm tired. Saving Wonderland is hard work! How about we sleep in the treehouse tonight.
[LOOF]
Great idea!
*the scene switches to nighttime as Loof follows Qookie into the treehouse*

I actually haven't seen Loof lately. I could look for him if you like...
[MR. ZURKON]

People are beginning to think Loof was abducted by Z-Bots. Strange lights were seen last night, and someone mentioned footprints from the treehouse that abruptly stopped in that area.
[STINKY]
That does make it sound like he could be in trouble.
*Peegue stops Pookie as they walk past each other*

[POOKIE]
No, but I heard him last night while I was taking a walk.
[PEEGUE]

*Weiner is shown to have been listening from behind a tree, and runs off*

We're going to teleport to the Planet of the Z-bots and save Loof!

*the pair is suddenly ambushed by Thwarts*

*Wiener and Ned run through the ambush only to bump into Throlls, who takes them into his cave-house*

Well, it happened rather recently. A large ship landed in front of me and the others. A large Z-Bot came out and demanded we join them. When we refused, they made each Thwart evil and took away his color. I was the only one who didn't become evil. Pure luck, I guess. The Z-Bot's are planning something. Something evil. I just don't know what...
*the scene changes back to the Wonderland Teleport Agency with Jamiff and Squiddish standing there*
[JAMIFF]
Squidish, there's a mission I have for you.
[SQUIDDISH]
What is it?
[JAMIFF]
A teleporter to the Void was activated recently and used by Wiener and Ned. We don't need two more missing Stinkers, so I would like you to join a rescue team to, uh, rescue them. Morklin and Pootsy are coming with you. Unfortunately, I can't acompany you because I would break my connection with the teleporters.
[SQUDDISH]
Okay, I'll go on the rescue team.
[JAMIFF]
Morklin and Pootsy should be here in a few minutes. They probably won't arrive now, because-
*Morklin and Pootsy enter*
[POOTSY]

*the trio enters the teleporter hurriedly*
*Mr. Zurkon enters*

MR. ZURKON CAME TO VISIT JAMIFF!

MR. ZURKON SEES A PRETTY TELEPORTER BEHIND YOU. MR. ZURKON WILL RUN INTO IT FASTER THAN YOU EVER COULD!

*Mr. Zurkon runs at high speed towards the teleporter and collides with Jamiff, causing them both to fall into it*
*cut to the Void as Mr. Zurkon and Jamiff fall out of a teleporter which deactivates*

Great. Now we're trapped in the Void.
*cut to the Z-Bot Lair Interior, Loof is tied to a pole with duct tape over his mouth*
*Loof rolls his eyes*
[LOOF] (thinking)

*Loof nods*
*Z-Bot Commander speaks in Z-Bot*
*Z-Bot Minion rips off the duct tape*

That wasn't my question, but okay. Why am I here?

Well, it all started with our recent plan to drain the color out of Wonderland so it would be destroyed. At first we tried harnessing the Void like last time, but it only had small power. We could slowly get rid of small patches of color, and bring a few creatures to our side, but it wasn't powerful enough. That's when we realized that the Crystal Shards had more power than anything else in Wonderland. Now, getting back to your question, we kidnapped you to lure your friends. That way, we could destroy them and no one would stop us from taking the Shards!
*pause*
I just gave a long speech. I think I broke a record.
*orders in Z-Bot*
*Z-Bot puts new duct tape over Loof's mouth*
*Z-Bot Commander orders in Z-Bot again*
*z-Bot Minion leaves*
*cut to outside the lair as Stinky, Qookie and Peegue are running through shots fired by z-Bots*
*Stinky trips and falls in a hole*
[PEEGUE]

*Peegue jumps into the hole after Stinky*
*Qookie continues running and jumps into a cave with WildScritter and Spoofy inside*

Well, I was walking along at night while holding WildScritter, when I saw Loof get abducted by Z-Bots. Then I jumped onto the Z-Bot ship, and later I left and went to go explore a cave. I was planning to go back into the lair later and maybe rescue Loof from danger. I'm Spoofy, by the way.
*the scene changes to the Void as the rescue team gets attacked by thwarts*
*Morklin uses Grow, Floing and Brr as self defense*
[MORKLIN]
Quick, we have to get out of this area before my spells wear off!
*the gang runs until they get to Throll's cave*
[SQUIDDISH]

What's a cave with a door doing in the Void?
[MR. ZURKON]
MR. ZURKON DOESN'T KNOW, BUT MR. ZURKON WANTS TO GET INVITED TO TEA.
*Mr. Zurkon begins to knock on the door*

*Mr. Zurkon continues*

*Throlls opens the door*

*the scene cuts to the dark bottom of the hole Stinky and Peegue are in*

*a round door opens revealing a tube*

I don't know, but I have an idea. Follow me.
*Peegue enters the tube, followed by Stinky*
*they come out into the Z-Bot Lair and three cages fall, trapping Stinky in one, Peegue in another, and leaving the third empty*
[Z-BOT COMMANDER]
One of the cages is empty. Where is the other hero?
[STINKY]
I have no idea.
[z-BOT COMMANDER]
She probably got hit then. That just leaves you two. I'll have you incinerated immediately.
*pause*
No, wait... I want to see your face when Wonderland is destroyed. I want to see you cry. Afterwards I can deal with you.
*Z-Bot Commander leaves*
[PEEGUE] (whispering)
I brought a shovel and I can dig us out of here.
*the scene changes to Throlls serving tea and cake to everyone*
*Ned starts eating cake hungrily*

MR. ZURKON HOPES HIS CAKE WASN'T MADE IN A TOASTER.
[THROLLS]
Er, no, it wasn't.
[MR. ZURKON]
THAT'S GOOD. MR. ZURKON IS ALLERGIC TO TOASTERS!

[THROLLS] (whispering to the others)
Is this Stinker's brain... working... properly?
[SQUIDDISH]
No one knows. We've never checked.
[THROLLS]

First we should rescue Loof, though.

Oh yes, Loof. I almost forgot to tell you. I'm going with you to rescue him. As is Nyak.

So, Jamiff, could you teleport us back to Wondertown? We found Wiener and Ned, after all.
[JAMIFF]
Unfortunately, I cannot. Being too far away from the Telport Agency broke my connection with the teleporters. Like I said, we're stuck here.
[THROLLS]
*looking at Mr. Zurkon's hat*
I have an idea!
*begins wiring Mr. Zurkon's hat to a strange device*
[MR. ZURKON]
STOP! MR. ZURKON WILL GET ELECTROCUTED!
*Throlls begins shining a light on everyone in the room with a scanner-type device, including himself*
[THROLLS]
Get ready to go back to Wonderland!
*Throlls presses a button and everyone disappears one by one*
*everyone reappears in Wondertown*
*Mr. Zurkon collapses*
*cut to the Z-Bot Lair, where Peegue is poking his head out of a hole in his cage*

I've been digging FOR THREE HOURS. I still haven't found a way out of these cages, but I did find China!
[STINKY]
Don't be ridiculous. China doesn't exist.
[PEEGUE]
OH, REALLY? Well, what about the fact that when I got down there they were having a festival of... of the dragon, and there was Chinese lanterns, and Chinese music, and... sweet and sour chicken.
*Loof rolls his eyes*
And then, the Z-Bots, who were blindfolded, started shooting at the dragon, and it exploded, and candy came out! Stuff like that could only happen in China! I'll be right back.
*Peegue goes into the hole*
*Peegue comes back out and throws Chinese items everywhere*

Good, they're safe. I was worried the Z-Bots were going to try to steal the Shards. Silly me! Of course they would never think of that! In fact, right now, I'd bet that the Z-Bots have not started a countdown to vacuum up the Shards!

*Mr. Zurkon notices the Indigo Shard*

I just don't know what...

A teleporter to the Void was activated recently and used by Wiener and Ned. We don't need two more missing Stinkers, so I would like you to join a rescue team to, uh, rescue them. Morklin and Pootsy are coming with you. Unfortunately, I can't acompany you because I would break my connection with the teleporters.
[SQUDDISH]
Okay, I'll go on the rescue team.
[JAMIFF]
Morklin and Pootsy should be here in a few minutes. They probably won't arrive now, because-

Well, it all started with our recent plan to drain the color out of Wonderland so it would be destroyed. At first we tried harnessing the Void like last time, but it only had small power. We could slowly get rid of small patches of color, and bring a few creatures to our side, but it wasn't powerful enough. That's when we realized that the Crystal Shards had more power than anything else in Wonderland. Now, getting back to your question, we kidnapped you to lure your friends. That way, we could destroy them and no one would stop us from taking the Shards!
*pause*

*orders in Z-Bot*
*Z-Bot puts new duct tape over Loof's mouth*
*Z-Bot Commander orders in Z-Bot again*

So... this is a rough draft for now, since in the first part I got super lazy and copy-pasted to the extreme, so I'll have to spice it up a little bit...

It's not as great as I want it to be -- as I said, I still need to work on the first part of it to make sure it has *something* else than that musical sequence repeated over and over again. I mean, I can put "Paint it Rainbow" on repeat and listen to it over and over, but listening to "Planet of the Z-bots" more than two-three times in a row is a bit tiring. So I will improve it later on and it will sound even more awesome.

After a break, here's version 2 of "Planet of the Z-Bots". Less evil, more wondrous, but I think that's OK. At least the first half isn't boring now.

I'm not sure how that happened. I think I tried something somewhere else and it didn't work and I accidentally copy-pasted something wrong and then it was awesome... so I decided to use it more than just once, pitching the new sequence up and down to correspond with the main riff.

Can you try to explain what you wanted to say? Your second sentence has broken grammar, so I can't understand it.
While I'm busy improving the ending on "Planet of the Z-Bots" (v3 will be the last one, I swear!) I have decided to experiment with something else and made a short, repetitive, evil tune designed for the scene where the Z-Bots are turning the Thwarts evil again:

During making this I've finally figured out how to switch banks in a soundfont and got access to more sounds than before, I finally figured out how to make the effects work in SFZ+ Professional, and I finally tried using a soundfont different than SGM V2.01, specifically the 9MB Roland SC-55 soundfont.
Since it's 2 AM right now where I'm at and I'm half asleep, can someone tell me whether the "second" instrument is loud enough? There are moments it follows the main melody and there are moments where it plays a single long note. I want to know if you can hear the difference. I could swear I heard it clearly, but then after a while I couldn't hear it anymore...
EDIT: Also: this does not represent the song's length. I think it's not going to be a very long scene, which is why the song can be repetitive. I can make it as long or a short as you need it, though.
