Attacments error message

I'm getting an error message when I try to send attacments in a PM. It says my filesize limit has been reached and I need to delete some attachments in my PM folder before I can send any more. There aren't any attachments in my PM folder. It also told me the person who I'm trying to send the attachments to also has reached their limit and needs to delete some attachments. The file size is 280kbs.

What's going on??????

Is it an allowed file extension

If yes, you'd better contact Patrick about that..

Yes it's a zip file.
