I found this old post when I was searching for something. It was originally posted by BIGZIPZ some time ago - obviously before the Deluxe version came out. It is really good how many suggestions Patrick actually took on board when he created the Deluxe version. Well done Mr P

Taking into consideration what's available now in the Editor - what would you wish for now I wonder?

My goodness Lilo, that takes me back!

We did get a lot of the suggestions so Patrick was a young Santa then.

I would still love to see a save feature but know this isn't possible now.

No harm in wishing, is there?

I'm with you there, MADWD.

It gets frustrating to get most of the way through a difficult level only to have to start over again. I hope any future Wonderlands will have this feature included. I know it wasn't feasible with the existing engine, but maybe in a new one?

Yes, Patrick did fulfil loads of people's wishes.

Patrick you are the MAN! (Grovel, grovel).

Future games, my wish list would be:

1 The ability to go back 1 step, or to save at a particular point.
2 Multi-level levels. We have a sort of 3D game, but on one floor - what if we had 2 or 3 floors the character could climb up to - which leads to my third wish
3 Gravity - loads of puzzles depend on gravity and if we had Wish 2, then all sorts of gravity puzzles could be created.

There are probably more things I'd wish for, but I won't be greedy

I wish for the same things as Liz

(allthough we allready have some sort of gravity, otherwise the boxes wouldn't sink into the water - they would just hang there

).
And I would like to add:
4. Cannons that can be pushed like boxes. At least four different ones pointing in the four different directions.
5. Ice as a background choice.
6. A multiplayer option.
7. An option to play the entire game seen from Stinky's/Loof's/Qookie's/Peegue's point of view.
8. A bridge that monsters can walk on without doing any damage, but collapses when one of the user controlled characters step on it (1-2-3 step)

My wish is for a choice between keys and rainbow coins. Bonus 500 pts coins. Motherships when destroyed should be worth more. Steel theme. Custom Sountracks. bridges that can be passed 4 times. Custom Backrounds.

You can have a custom background now, to use in place of Sky, Forest or City - the ones that float. There is a custom background model to download for you to put your own jpg on. Check it out.

It's in the Custom Content thread somewhere, go back a few months, maybe even last year. Robbie posted it I think. I'll have a look for it.

The model is not big enough for the level. And there is some obnoxios text on the space picture Help?

Some good further ideas in this thread. I'm always happy to listen to your suggestion - for this game and future games (and as you can tell, I do in fact even list to them from time to time

). So keep 'em coming - you never know what the Wonderland Santa will drop off on your doorstep.

Sorry, LinkyNStoof made the model and textured it and he isn't here anymore. I've not looked at the model enough to see how to change things, but I think it is just like a custom floor model in essence.

I don't know where the text is coming from, unless it is on your jpg somewhere.
