HELP.......error message
Hi, I don't know what I did. I can still play Wonderland and Return to Wonderland, but when I try to play custom levels I get an error message saying "memory access violation" I have downloaded alot of custom levels into the Wonderland 101 folder.....what did I do? And how do I fix it?
Thanks for any help.

memory access violation
I put them in the wonderland 101 folder. All the files in the folder are .lev files. I can still play the levels in the playground folder, just not the wonderland 101 folder.
Any other suggestions?
thanks, jg :?

I'd try moving all the levels in to another directory.
I'd make another directory under Custom Levels and than move all the ones from Wonderland 101 into the new folder. I would assume at this point you would be able to get into the wonderland 101 (from within RTW) but would get an error trying to go into your new folder. Assuming all that is correct than you must have a corrupt level somewhere. Slowly stat to move levels back until you find the culprit. If you need help making directories and moving files let me know.
Good-Luck

I deleted my suggestion after seeing jperleevt's. It actually makes sense now. The program has to open up every single level file you have in the folder in order to display the list, because it has to show the titles of all the levels being listed, so even a single corrupted level can potentially mess up the whole program before you actually play anything.
jperleevt's method should help you find the culprit. I hope in their next update of RTW they try to fix this problem, and does something more graceful than crashing when it encounters a corrupted level file.

thanks to all who sent suggestions. What I ended up doing was going in thru windows explorer, deleting everything in the wonderland 101 folder and reinstalling all the levels one by one. Everything works now. So since it is -35 degrees (yes, minus) with the wind chill today here in North Dakota I believe I will stay in and play some new levels today!!! :D
