i have absolutely no idea why it works one way but not the other
maybe that's why they call it a glitch

a person who never made a mistake never made anything!

So it was Loirae who came up with this ice trickery!

What a stinker!
Amadeus, you are definitely the Glitch King! How incredibly weird!
Thanks for a glitchy level!

Here's the Solution:
If you place a trampoline on the border, there is a glitch that causes a Stinker to die,
unless he has a specific starting place, uses a teleporter, or makes two or more
sucessive jumps in a particular manner. The trick here is the last one.
The bottom right corner of the icy "G" island is a breakaway three bridge.
Have Loof break the bridge twice and slide up to retrieve the two rainbow coins.
When you are returning down, there will be an open patch that will send your Stinker back up again.
Just press the left arrow to catapault Loof to the left. Now you will be free to get the last coin and exit.

Golly, Mr. Mark - that was weird.
But my puzzlement is this: How do others figure out how to solve
your glitchy levels
Thanks for the solution - it worked just great.

If you want to be somebody, if you want to go somewhere, you have to wake up and pay attention.

I figured it out and then read your spoiler and had the same end result so I got it right, but I am amazed that you find these glitches. That was a great one. Thanks

For me, when playing one of his levels, I try to walk on every normally unwalkable tile, I jump in every direction off every trampoline, and if all else fails, I do my best to kill off my stinker. Usually, at that point, the glitch presents itself.

I used the same approach as Loirae and found myself successful. That is one wacky glitch! Thanks
