This was a great level steve.... The kaboom got me so many times I was pulling my hair out....

... Each time I thought I had it figured out... I found out I was wrong....

.. Got all the way to the end... and .. u guessed it the dogs got me!! ... Fun level...

Somehow I MISSED this one! I saw Evil Science 2 and 3, but no 1! So before I play 2 and 3, I think I need to do this one first. Had to go hunting for it!!! There are so many "one- or two-word" replies on the forum lately that new levels are quickly being pushed out of sight!!! Guess I'm going to have to look through page 1 and 2 now each time I go to the forum!!!

What I do is click 'View posts since last visit' on the index page, then everything that's been posted since I last looked is listed. That way I don't miss a thing.

I'M MISSING SOMETHING!!!! I've been killed by the Kaboom a million times; FINALLY, I get to the electro-tiles & I CANNOT figure out how to get past them before the green gate closes. Noone else is having this problem, so I KNOW I'm going to feel like the GIANT DUNCECAP when I find out the answer!!!!

We MISSED it because there are so many meaningless replies lately that shove lots of good levels to the bottom. If people would only reply when they have something to say other than things like "he he" - I don't think either one of us would miss some of these good levels any more. Don't you think??? (Although, I have to admit I've been guilty of posting a reply with nothing but happy faces!) Just seems like there's a lot of that going on lately. Have you noticed, or is it just me?

The Kaboom is tricky, but glad you got the timing. As to the green switch --

SPOILER!!!

I can't imagine why you'd have trouble getting through the electro tiles after stepping on the green switch (snicker). Actually, that is not the way to open the green gate.

[Hint] Look at the green gate before you step on it for the first time. If it is already open, stepping on it will close the gate, which it is meant to do, and you are missing something. If it is already closed before you step on it the first time, you are on the right track to finding another way to open it.

I guss I'm dense because I can not figure out how to keep the green gate open. I shoot the 3 boxes so I can get through which opens the green gate but when I cross the first timer to go through the maze it closes the gate.

Once is enough -- was your Internet slow, making you press the "Submit" button several times? Anyway, I just played this level for your sake -- it's actually pretty easy. As for the green gate, it's the only puzzle of the level, but here goes:

There are three boxes, I number them 1, 2, 3. Shoot box 1. Then go through the maze and push box 3 up and box 2 left. So you hold the round button and the green gate stays open.

Then push box 3 through the teleporter and stay on the second blue button. That will destroy the last box, generating more, but it's not enough.

Send the new box at the top back through the white teleporter and put it in the green gate. Then return and stay at the second blue button. When the green gate closes, even more boxes are generated, allowing you to cross.

I don't know what happened, I just pushed the submit button once. Anyway, thank you for your help. I was able to finish, although the chompers got me the first time!
