New Level (adv) - Loof and the Dark Passage

Post by Liz Mayhew » Wed Apr 14, 2010 2:58 pm

494LIZM - Loof and the Dark Passage

Still on the trail of Stinky and Peegue, Loof finds himself in the dark passage.

This is what I would call an organic level because it grew - I started at one end and gradually filled it up until I reached the other. I think it's a bit messy though 'cos I kept nipping back and putting extra things in.

Whatever, I hope you enjoy! :D :D

Using my Battycastle texture which you surely must have by now. If not:

Wow, this one was really hard. Whenever I did something right, I would go wrong somewhere else. You have to be extremely organized. I like really puzzling levels like these, though. :P

I managed to set up some contraptions to keep the timer buttons going.

Brilliant level, thanks for the fun! :D

Great level Liz!

It took many restarts but I finally succeeded.

Thanks for the fun!

I finally cracked this one Liz! Masterfully done hon, I was missing a move on the travelator for an age that was holding me up getting both our heroes the right side and exit...
Dangy! They got there and the rest is history.
Thanks for the fun. :)

OK, I give. What's that move with the travelators, Kiki? Liz?

Apparently I don't exist either. :D

Here's the solution to the travelator section, if necessary:
1. Make Qookie bounce across the tramp first with Loof on the yellow button (Or vice versa, whatever you want).

2. Once Qookie gets to the other end of the body of water, move Loof off of the yellow button and out of the way.

3. Have Qookie push the boulder left back onto the travelator. Make sure Loof is out of its path first. It should roll onto the yellow button.

4. Move Qookie back using the travelator and have her step on the first travelator.

5. Move Loof onto the tramp and he will bounce onto the second travelator behind Qookie.

6. Move them both across the pool of water again and continue on.
Hope that helps. Good luck. :D
