Help - Tower Tops ...

Hi

Can someone explain how you make your levels appear at the top of a tower .. have tried everything and now admit defeat !

Your advice would be appreciated

Thanks a million ... have worked it out and built myself a tower ... just need to give some thought to putting a wee challenge on the top of it !
