New Level: Kooky Hostage Situation

Yeah, if you couldn't tell, this level was heavily inspired by a few of MyNameIsKooky's levels.

Shouldn't be too hard if you've played through a couple of theirs, or understand game mechanics fairly well, but otherwise it might be a bit of a doozy.

I first tried to break this level in a ridiculously direct fashion, but the tiniest of RTW quirks (one that I didn't even know about!) prevented that from happening, so I had to actually figure the level out properly.

I saw Jutomi making the beginning of it in a Discord stream, so I knew one of the level's starting points, but the layout disguises it so thoroughly that I had no idea why I would even want to do it, even once I figured out how to set it up. It didn't seem useful at all and I had to really stretch my mind to consider even ideas that look oh so goshdarn improbable...

Very, very clever. Some timing required, but the first thing I was trying (when attempting to break the level) was much more unreasonable, so it's not like this solution is something I can't handle. I didn't really expect it to work, but after running out of all other options, I finally tried the incredibly improbable and it did work! Excellent level, thanks.
