Introducing the Refractor Contraptor! It is the most recent invention in a line of products created by yours truly. Only 99 stinkopennies and all this can be yours!

And now a word from our sponsor (me): This level should be a lot more approachable than much of my other ones as of late. Also I left the machinery uncovered because covering it was more ugly; if you wanna keep the magic, don't look at it too much

AND linked this one's solution as well~ It's certainly an easier one (there's not a whole lot you can do), but it's still... pretty oddball Linked it in the original (top) post!

Hope to come out with more levels soon... been rather busy irl, so the ideas are there but the time to make the levels themselves has fallen by the wayside.
