New Level - Qookie's Quest 6

Post by malcdelsol » Mon Mar 28, 2005 8:28 pm

Hi Wonderlanders & especially dkgiz  ,

For a certain person  my last 'Qookie's Quest' level was a little 'too easy'

On the assumtion that I have not made a boo-boo (always possible  ) then hopefully this level will provide much more of a challenge.

This level requires :-

Good Logic
Forward Planning
Good Timing
Eyes in the back of your Head
Quick Fingers
Determination

It does not however require Luck - although good luck to you if you get some

So to anyone other than the person in question - download and play it at your peril

Good Luck if you do and PLEASE - let me know if you do it - I'll be 'chuffed' and so should you

Hope I haven't made a bloomer,

In about 10 attempts I was able to collect all the coins, but I'm having troubles building my bridge towards the exit, don't tell me I have to solve the level in a completly different way in order to get that bridge made??

Hi Kaboom,

Not sure how you are trying to build the bridge to exit - but as far as I am aware there is only one way - the whole essence of the level

I'll PM you if your really stuck - let me know :D

I don't usually give up in most of your levels, I leave some of them aside for an occasion in wich I feel smarter.

I can't play it right now, I'm preparing the hard level of the day, as you requested.  - yep that's right: SPACE QUEST III is almost ready! :D

Hi Malc,
I like the look of this level. I haven't played it myself yet, but I've seen my hubby have a go at it.
He certainly seems stumped and if he say he finds it easy, I know he's telling lies.
I'm looking forward to try it myself :D

This is an ace challenge Malc. Like Kaboom, I got all the coins but can't exit as yet. Will work on it and let ya know - probably in about 10 years!

Hi Malc.

REALLY GREAT LEVEL!

Got it at my umpteenth try. I started out getting all the coins in only a few tries, but then only to realize that I couldn't get out! Finally found the way out, but it required a whole lot of determination.

*WARNING NEXT PART MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS*

I have one question though, what are the prisms and the reflector for? I never used them for anything!

*END SPOILER*

But keep 'em comming, I really liked this one!

Hi dkgiz,

Many Congrats - I knew you wouldn't give up until you has sussed it

The Prisms and Reflector give an alternative way of doing part of the previous section  as a help for others who may not be as quick fingers as our good selves

Will I do another one like this :?: As you know it is not so much getting the idea or in the actual creation - it's the darn amount of testing that is required for a level which probably only a small section of the Forum are going to enjoy :?

Again, well done - I trust mette wasn't watching and will have a go for herself

Looks easy? yes, but it is draconic. Took me several days to complete!

It does require luck. And oh, I did not use the 3 boxes on top of the spirit's cage.

Does anyone out there remember how to do this level? Unless I'm sadly mistaken, you need to get 4 spirits flying around the left green teleporter so that the boulders on the right can be used to fill the gap to exit, but I can't seem to do it. What am I missing?

Patience!

You need so many attempts in order to successfully get all 4 of them in.

Oh, my. I can see that. Well, at least I know I'm not on the wrong track. Thanks!
