A lot packed into a small area! I really enjoyed it. After many tries, I finally got that yellow button covered. At first, I didn't think it would be possible.

Wow, that was difficult. I knew how to shoot the UFO. But from at least 50 tries I was only two times successful (the first time I kept standing in the line of fire

Loved this one Kazza. The reflector bit was fun working out where to put them for best use. Also nice tin box puzzle.

I'm really out of Wonderland this week. Had three family birthdays and lots of outings, so haven't been around much.

I guess I am the stupid one here! I can see how to do everything --- EXCEPT kill the UFO. I've tried putting the reflector different places, including the conveyor - but no matter where I put it - it's never set up where it kills the UFO! WHAT AM I MISSING????

I know it is listed as a reflector, but it is not, it is a deflector....

I ran past the UFO and used the boulder to kill it.

Okay, OG - your definition is correct - & it SHOULD be called a deflector. However, Midnight Synery calls it a reflector in the Editor Manual, so that's what I call it.

Reflector
Come in two orientations. Sink in water (need two to build bridge). Are destroyed by Spikes, Electro-Tiles, exploding Kaboom!s. Incoming fireballs are reflected.

Maybe MS needs to edit their Editor Manual.

Hi Kaz, Just completed this level, The box room gave me fits
but finally managed to get all the box's to where they needed to be, Very good use of Re/Deflectors, Great set of puzzles in a small area,

I have always called them reflectors.....they do reflect the heat of the fireballs/cannonballs/ufoblasts, whatever you call THEM.

I'm putting my 2 unneeded cents into the reflector/deflector discussion.

I would have to say that it is a reflector. I teach science (biology & earth/space), but do not specifically teach physics so I am definitely not an expert. After thinking about it for awhile and doing a little research (yes, I constantly waste my time doing research on unimportant things) this is what I have come up with:

Reflection of light (and other forms of electromagnetic radiation- in this case a fireball) occurs when the waves encounter a surface or other boundary that does not absorb the energy of the radiation and bounces the waves away from the surface. (Exactly what our Wonderland reflectors do.) The direction of the fireball is changed because of the slant of the reflector but reflection can happen in many different directions. For instance, the calm water of a pool reflects light but if one were to toss a rock into the water the waves would cause the light to be reflected in many different directions.

As for deflection, that occurs when a prism is used. A prism or beamsplitter can deflect or deviate a light beam, rotate or invert an image, separate polarization states, or disperse light into its component wavelengths. The "light" or fireball is bent and the flow is changed to other directions because of the specific shape and the exact angles cut into the prism.

If I'm not sure of the answer to something I will kill myself trying to find out. So, as I said, it's my unneeded 2 cents, but I thought I'd share!
