Hi tigershazz,
I know that the snow in WSW was done by using a model. I'm not capable of creating models myself, but if you ask about this in "Custom Content" I'm sure the brilliant model makers will answer your quesion and help you out.

It is actually Steve's Fog model but looks like snow.
I've asked this before but can't remember what was said so I'll reitterate.
The models in Secret Worlds were supposed to be made just for the game and not used again. The Fog/Snow model was allowed in because it is a 'generic' sort of model. Now does this mean that it can still be used in normal levels seeing as it is already in some from before WSW, or now that it's in WSW does it mean that it can't be used again?
I'm not sure I ever got a satisfactory answer to this.
This is a question for Patrick I think.
