where to find last two rainbow stars

I cannot seem to find the lost cave in the Plains. Can someone give me a hint as to how to get there? I have found The Old Windmill, Escape from the Void, the Wonderland Mine, the Secret Cave, Secrets, and the six areas in Cloud City. I am baffled as to where the last rainbow coin is. Hints are welcome. Thanks.
