OK, the key here is to get the Kabooms closer together. To do this move one block one spot. Once one of the kabooms turns around, they will stay close together. Before they come back around, move the block into the water. As long as you stay in the middle, the kabooms won't get you. Keep on pushing the middle blocks into the water when you have space from the kabooms. Then carefully move the other blocks into place to push them also in the water. Once you've made a bridge to one area, wait for the kaboom to use the bridge. They will blow each other up and you don't have to worry about the again (and you didn't lose any blocks). The rest of the level is easy after that.

I must have tried that level 56 times. I've been down to 2 blocks and couldn't get them away from me. I'll try again and be more patient. I didn't think they could go on the bridges because when I gave them the chances to do it they didn't.
